The DS-KD8003Y-IME2 is a 2-wire main unit for a KD8 series modular door station, combining a 2 MP fisheye camera, IR supplement up to 3 m, built-in microphone, loudspeaker and one physical call button in an outdoor door-entry module. It supports WDR, H.264, H.265 and MJPEG video compression, two-lock relay control and web-based remote configuration for intercom and access control installations.

Designed for apartment, office and construction-site entrances, the unit can be extended with Hikvision sub modules and installed using surface or flush mounting arrangements. Its IP65 protective level, -40 °C to 60 °C operating range, and KAD704Y or KAD706Y series distributor power supply make it a practical core module for two-wire doorway systems that need outdoor suitability and straightforward deployment.
