The DET-SMK/AC/1 is a high-quality photoelectric smoke detector designed for hardwired residential and light commercial fire safety applications. Measuring 133mm diameter x 49mm height, it features dual-spectrum photoelectric sensing with LED indicators and a hinged detachable base to ensure fast detection with reduced nuisance alarms and easier installation.

Ideal for interconnected home alarm systems, it supports hardwired interconnection for up to 24 alarms, includes a 9V backup battery with low-battery audible warning, and provides no-battery and no-close safety lockout features, making it suitable for compliant wall or ceiling installations. It conforms to AS3786:2023, AS3786:2014 and ISO 12239:2021 for reliable performance in Australian environments.
