FES112MOD High Security Electric Custodial Strike with Monitoring

The FES112MOD is a high-security electric strike developed for demanding custodial and correctional applications where robust holding force and comprehensive monitoring are required. Designed to operate in conjunction with heavy-duty double-throw deadlocks, it offers a holding force exceeding 1000 kg. Its stainless steel faceplate and hardened steel jaws ensure resilience, while built-in monitoring functions cover strike jaws, lock position, door position, and cover plate removal. With multi-voltage operation (12–30VDC), it supports both new and retrofit installations in high-risk security environments

Equipped with Smart Electronics and a selectable change-over switch (Series 2 or 3), the FES112MOD allows flexible deployment across access control systems. In Series 3 mode, the unit includes door position monitoring, preventing the lock from engaging unless the door is fully closed. Operating in fail-secure mode (Power to Open), it is tamper-resistant and rated for use between –20°C and +60°C, making it ideal for correctional facilities, detention centres, and other high-risk institutional settings
