FEL990M-PTD ELECTRIC MORTICE LOCK WITH POWER TRANSFER DEVICE

The FEL990M-PTD is a multifunctional electric mortice lock designed for simplicity and versatile security applications. It offers single-sided (vestibule) and double-sided (combination) locking, with fail safe (power to lock) and fail secure (power to open) operation modes. The lock includes a fire-rated 300mm lead cover power transfer device, allowing concealed power transfer from door frame to door edge for swinging doors opening from 90 to 120.

This model provides a 10-year mechanical warranty and 1-year electronic warranty, operates on multi-voltage 12-24VDC with 350mA momentary and 100mA operating current, and is certified for up to 4-hour fire rating per AS1905.1:2015. It supports left or right hand operation and integrates easily with push buttons, intercoms, key switches, and access control systems with keypad or card readers.
