FEL990M ELECTRIC MORTICE LOCK

The FEL990M is a versatile electric mortice lock designed for simplicity and adaptability. It offers two locking options: single-sided locking (vestibule) and double-sided locking (combination). The lock supports both power to lock (fail safe) and power to open (fail secure) operations with left or right hand operation selectable on site. Its design simplifies installation and stock management.

Comprehensive monitoring is included with the FEL990M version, featuring door position monitoring by reed switch, lock status monitoring by a combination of locking parameters including locking bar, deadlatching bolt, and latchbolt status, as well as dual key override monitoring and request to exit via hub or handles. The lock is tested to 4-hour fire door standards and operates reliably between -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.
