The FEM4300M-HV is a high-quality monitored electromagnetic maglock designed for secure access control on commercial doors and fire rated openings. Delivering up to 280kg holding strength on a single magnetic lock and operating on dual voltage 12VDC or 24VDC, it features an anodized aluminium body with MOV surge protection and a high visibility red green bi-colour LED to ensure fast status identification and dependable locking performance.

Ideal for offices, education, healthcare, retail and general commercial entry points, it includes lock status sensor and door status sensor monitoring for accurate door position and lock state feedback into access control systems. Tested to Australian and New Zealand requirements with up to 2 hour fire rating in accordance with AS 1905.1 2015, and engineered with no residual magnetism when powered off, it helps protect hardware, improves door operation, and supports compliant secure egress solutions.
